What YAQEEN does
YAQEEN is an AI agent for Customer Value Management. It sits on top of any CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, your in-house system) and runs three jobs autonomously:
- Reads your customer data and builds predictive models of value, lapse risk, and response likelihood.
- Acts by generating personalized campaigns in Arabic and English and sending them through the channels your customers actually use.
- Measures every action against a randomized control group, so you always know what we did and what it earned.
Why we exist
The CVM market is split in two. Sector-native tools like Exacaster and Flytxt are locked to telecom. CRM-native AI like Salesforce Agentforce is locked to its own ecosystem. Between them is a gap: most businesses with rich customer data have no way to turn it into systematic growth without committing to a platform migration or a multi-year contract.
YAQEEN is the horizontal layer in that gap. CRM-agnostic, sector-agnostic, and aligned on outcome rather than adoption.
How we charge
We don’t charge a subscription, a license, or a per-seat fee. We take a share of the incremental revenue we provably generate for you. Every fee is auditable through a shared dashboard. If we don’t grow your customer value, you owe nothing.
